Group Reformer Classes

Our small Group Reformer Classes are 50 minutes in duration and we have 7 Reformers.​

 

​Foundation

Our Foundation classes are a great way to build your Pilates foundation. Focusing on technique, alignment, and control, you’ll build strength, mobility, and confidence on the equipment. Ideal for beginners and pre or postnatal clients.
We recommend starting with an Initial Consultation or Initial Assessment - designed for all new clients - to help you get the most out of your classes and start with confidence.

All Levels

Our All Levels classes are designed for clients with some Pilates experience who want to continue building strength, control, and confidence. Each 50-minute session blends core work, strength training, flexibility, and balance for a dynamic, full-body workout. Our instructors offer progressions and modifications to challenge you at your level and help you keep improving with every class.

Senior

Our Senior Class is designed for the ageing independent mover.  If you're looking for a workout that's both enjoyable and effective, our Senior Class is the perfect choice. It's suitable for all levels, so no matter where you're at in your fitness journey, you'll find the challenge and support you need to succeed.

Students & Teens

Reformer Pilates offers numerous benefits for students and teenagers, including enhanced flexibility, coordination, balance, endurance, and posture. It also helps prevent injuries during their developmental years. Students and Teens are welcome to join any of our regular classes.

​

Additionally, we offer dedicated Teen Term Classes- dynamic and fun 45-minute sessions designed specifically for teens. These classes run for approximately 10 weeks during the school terms and focus on fostering a positive mind-body connection. They provide the perfect opportunity for teens to improve their physical health while bonding with their peers in a supportive and engaging environment.

Experience pilates with a partner through our Private Pilates for Two. Enjoy the benefits of personalised one-on-one sessions while working out with someone you care about. Getting Started
At Pure Pilates Mosman, we want you to feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. You can start with an Initial Consultation, where we take the time to get to know you, introduce you to the equipment, and guide you through the Pilates fundamentals. If you’re coming to us with an injury or specific physical concerns, an Initial Assessment (Rehabilitation) may be a better place to start. This session focuses on understanding your movement patterns and creating a program that’s safe, effective, and tailored just for you.
