Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all. If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with one of our Foundation Reformer classes. These supportive classes focus on technique, alignment and control, helping you become familiar with the Reformer and build confidence from the beginning.
How do I book my sessions?
Once you claim the offer, you’ll receive an email with instructions to book your classes via our Pure Pilates Mosman App or the Pure Pilates Mosman website.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable activewear and grip socks. If you don’t have socks, they’re available to purchase at the studio.
Is the offer valid for all class times?
Yes, you can choose from any of our available group class times.
Can I purchase this offer as a gift?
Yes, provided the recipient is new to Pure Pilates Mosman and hasn’t previously purchased or used an introductory offer. Please contact us after purchasing so we can help arrange it for the recipient.
Is there parking close by?
Parking is available in the underground car park in Vista Street, around Allan Border Oval, and at Mosman Council car park in The Crescent. Our studio entrance is in Mosman Square next to Burke Boutique.
