  • Expert-led sessions in a boutique Mosman studio

We offer a Free 30-minute Orientation Session to help you feel confident the program is a good fit. You can discuss any injuries or ask questions about the sessions.

How do I book my place in the program ?

Just fill out the short form to register your interest. We’ll be in touch to answer any questions and help you confirm your spot. If you'd like to book a Free Orientation Session before committing, that’s completely optional.

Do I need Pilates experience?
No. This program is beginner-friendly and tailored for golfers of all fitness levels.

What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable activewear and grip socks. If you don’t have socks, they’re available to purchase at the studio.

Can I purchase this offer as a gift?
Absolutely! This makes a great gift for someone needing a reset or new fitness motivation. Just let us know when claiming.

Is there Parking nearby?

Parking is available nearby at the underground car park in Vista Street, around Allan Border Oval, and at Mosman Council car park in The Crescent. Our studio entrance is in Mosman Square next to Burke Boutique.
